BOOKINGS
The client must provide the correct information for a booking of a safari or tour.
FREE QUOTATION
Quotations will be guided by the nature of the booking and services to be rendered in ZAR (SA. currency). A quote can remain valid for 30 days, after the date of issue.
DEPOSIT
A deposit of 50% is required and will be paid into the bank account in 7 days. The remaining balance has to be paid 6 weeks before arrival.
CANCELLATION
Cancellations and changes to bookings must be in writing.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made via EFT into the bank account. The client will call for bank details.
REFUND POLICY
Only 50% will be refunded to the client of payment received on cancellation of the booking.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel insurance is the responsibility of the client to cover personal health, property of death, and travel documents must be secured by the client and ensure their correctness and validity.
